Making a .EXE that is a time sevant, invading timelines, and basically being a kind of torturing grifter of sorts. The tails of this take is aged, and this character canonically coexists with, and hates Lord X's guts up to a point that he literally has dedicated himself to looking the exact opposite of Lord X, but still looking intimidating, and scary.

His insides are turning clockwork gears, and mechanisms, and he's a lot more like terminator on the inside, not having much of an organic inner-skeleton like Lord X does, and his flesh is frozen perfectly in time. The vessel he's using being in perfect condition nearly no-matter what.

Now think about the one villain character in the comic series that is literally the opposite of sonic, but looks nearly exactly like him.
