The last character I have to draw from Out of Time and one of the last antagonists the crew has to fight.

The Scar was an injury he got as a baby from a Time Patroller

I drew @KniteBlargh again, I feel happier about this one

Basically mutant Spider-Man from those old episodes wh eb he transformed.

He could just be a head tho, in story it works out.

A time thief who gained such mastery over mind chronos he could possess people.

There existed a mod

Called "Dark and Decrepit"

It was really short lived, so it was cancelled
