For a collab on one of my Discord groups, I decided to make a giant spider-infested library… someone shouldn’t have opened a portal to another dimension.

The requirements were 160x144 pixels, two colours only and the scene had to have a door.

I’ve started a 1-bit isometric piece for a collab and thought I’d share a timelapse of my process. The start of the theme is present here and should be suitably spooky by the end.

I’m a bit late to this party, but I thought I’d join in on the NES Princess Peach redraw.

I went with a resemblance to her Thousand Year Door design/pose in the original NES colours, which I think works fairly well.

Another gaming-related post today- I managed a Maddening Mode completion of Fire Emblem: Three Houses on the Blue Lions route (generally considered the hardest route of the game).

This was challenging but, unlike Awakening, this felt fair.

I thought I’d repost my 1-bit isometric reimagining of the 5F of Pokémon Tower for #FanArtFriday, as it’s by far and away my most detailed Pokémon piece to date.

i had a lot of fun creating the sprites for this piece (and then hiding them ).

Commission I finished for a client on Twitter. Easily the hardest animation I've ever worked on, and I'm very happy with the results!

Thanks to @Rolitae for suggesting making a Chocobo as part of my 1-bit isometric explorations of Final Fantasy Advance Tactics.

I couldn’t resist including a Cloud Strife sprite and Cloud riding a Chocobo sprite too (pls swipe to see those sprites).

PurpleSea (Twitter) invited me to create a third card for their TCG New Deck+ project.

My third entry is Bellsprout, which has always been a favourite of mine. There’s something about Pokémon based on carnivorous plants that I just happen to like.

"Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll?"

A pattern I made and stitched~

It was a rip-off of the AT-AT, but I still have a soft spot for the Mammoth Mk.II from C&C Tiberian Sun… though not so happy it loses to the Cyborg Commando.

This uses the Oil 6 palette, which is something I’ve wanted to try for a while.
