OK SO ON THE TOPIC OF DOMINATION FEDERATION UHHH MORE LORE!!!

The blue one is General Shikariri Zira. She's one of the two high generals of the Domination Federation. Along with her strategies she also provides motivational speeches for the organization. Due to her anxiety, she has anxiety about failing the Federation. Being in a position of power makes her feel important. Her father was a veteran of the Zao-Helotican War, he would found the Domination Federation before he was discovered out of hiding for the crimes he did during said war. Years later, Shikariri would join to "honor" her father. (she was constantlly belittled by him throughout her childhood, messing up her sense of importance.

the other guy is General Fritzgerald Marigold Harold is one of two generals of the Domination Federation. (He hates his full name so he prefers to be called Gerald. He plans out strategies and attacks for the Federation. Despite not being Helotican, Lord Klor would select Gerald to be one of the leaders for the Federation because of his tactical skills and past military experience. Gerald was discharged by his planet's military on counts of accepting bribes by criminal syndicates.
