The gameplay is planned to be a Rougelike game about chess, where you fight chess pieces in waves each level. and you get to choose a new modifier for each wave to spice up gameplay.

a long overdue gameplay update. so there are a few changes you can say... i plan to add a parry mechanic later but for now this will do.
