Lightning!
High effort art again! Basically just finding brushes on the internet and I found the Lightning Brush! 
(qr code and tuto in article)
Heres The Brush! (Read Instructions first before using) (also only works on ibis paint I think)
Basically first you have to set it at max brush size.
Going slow will result in small lightning. And going fast will result in larger lightning!
Credits to the guy who made the brush. Have fun using it!
