It's update time yet again! According to the poll results from last time, you guys said you wouldn't mind the smaller and more frequent updates, so here we go!
Computech (Early Development)
I have more of a substantial update for all of you today regarding the game's progress, as some of my team members have been finishing some small assignments I've been giving them so we can flesh out things like concepts and assets. I have to say, I'm very impressed with the level of detail so far!
(Please note that assets shown may not be representative of the final product.)
Also as a side note, I personally have been continuing my searching into Unreal Engine during my free time in my efforts to try and learn it and have a crack at programming the game on my own. This is still very much a beginner's effort on my part however, so help still would be much appreciated where I can get it!
Five Nights at Computech: Classic Edition (Programming)
Not much to report here this time unfortunately, I've been fairly busy with school as my finals approach and haven't had the time to sit down and get too much more done on this. But don't worry, it won't stop this from happening!
Help Wanted!
As always, more help on my projects is always appreciated! Down below are the main positions I'm looking out for, but feel free to offer any assistance you would like to, I accept any!
Programming (3D)
Modeling (Environment and Props)
And here's my contact information if you or someone you know would like to apply:
Email: [email protected]
Discord: silver.t.slates
But please remember that I only respond to these two things, so if you comment on this post asking to help out, I won't answer. Please keep this in mind, it's really important!
Q&A
No new questions have been asked this time around, but I'll see you all again in the next post!
The End
Progress can be slow and steady when making games, and they can take a few years to reach a fully completed state, but I'm willing to see my projects through to the end. Just sit tight with me everybody, and I can guarantee you that they'll take on a more complete shape over time and that you'll have game pages to look forward to when we reach that stage. While this is the most I have to offer at the moment, big things are on their way!
TL;DR
Computech team members have been hard at work completing their given assignments and several aspects of the game are being built up, slowly but surely. Classic Edition hasn't progressed much since the last update due to being busy IRL, but more progress will come in the following weeks. Still searching for 3D programmers and modelers, and the next update post will drop on 12/23/24.
In Other News
(EDIT) Forgot to finish the end of the post, my bad! Anyways, I don't have much else for now, but I'll see you next time!
