HELP WANTED WITH INDIE GAME

I'm writing this post because my friend is working on a retro shooter game and he needs a lot of help.

The game is called "BLOODDRIVE" (Ik the image above said "Helldrive" that screenshot is outdated)
The game is a retro-themed action 2D platformer shooter “run & gun” game that will be releasing for free on itch.io, Gamejolt, and even possibly Steam.
It is packed with bosses and kickass guns with soundtrack to boot.

STORY:
Researchers in 2050 uncover a mysterious ancient device on Crete that accidentally opens a portal to a supernatural dimension once used by the gods to imprison an evil heart called the Inkamoddum. Creatures and ethereal beings pour out, spreading darkness across the world as more portals begin appearing in major cities. A colossal portal eventually engulfs the northern hemisphere, turning the oceans black and threatening all life on Earth. NATO and the UN attempt to contain the crisis by destabilizing portals with low-frequency gamma rays while constructing a massive portal-shutting weapon known as Goliath. An elite team of space marines, including the protagonist, is deployed to neutralize the threat and destroy the Inkamoddum.

I hope that, with enough help, we will be able to get this game out and make my friend's dream come true.
