Here is a list of which Pokémon would be legally allowed to be owned as Pets, many pokémon are too deadly to be allowed to be owned in public.

(designed around germany were guns are not allowed)

I talked with my father about what pokemon he would have if pokémon were real and he said that if pokémon were real, many would be used for productive reasons and most pokémon would not be allowed. Imagine walking with a creature that could cause massive damage!

This is why I make now: the list of pets. Pokémon that could be allowed as Pets. Since they are not so strong that having them would endanger society. Many pokémon have strong evolutions, like Squirtle evolving into Blastoise which is strong enough to break bones. It would be like having your best friend be a gun. So yeah... here is the list of Pokémon Pets! Also for this world I would make it so that most TMs are not avaiable normally, why would you sell to the public earthquakes?

Here is the list:

Meowth: While they can steal goods, so can crows. And even though Persian can learn play rough and Night Slash. They do not have a great attack and they are generally very friendly

Farfetch'd: The weakest Normal/Flying type in the world. While they are dangerous for sure, beside thier leak they are very bad. While they can learn Brave Bird and are rather distrustful. I believe they should be totally fine

Shuckle: They are poor things, they are the slugs of pokémon. They are one of the most harmless creatures on the pokemon planet

Delibird: A very friendly pokémon, there should be no problem. While thier presents can be really dangerous, they are very friendly and a 10% chance is nothing a villian would rely on

Miltank: Very friendly, although they can do strong moves. They are very friendly and less dangerous than Persian

Zigzagoon: They are not very dangerous and although they can do double-edge. Thier low attack stat makes it doable and since they else have no other tricks in the book i let them count

Wynaut: The only way they can harm is if they get harmed. There a punching bag, not very harmful

Shieldon: Usually a creature from ancient times would be dangerous, but this fella really has low attack and weak attacking power. This makes it possible to be alongside you!

Klefki: A annoying fairy, but its not dangerous and probaly useful for the everyday man. I can sure see it being allowed

Carbink: While stone edge is very dangerously, its low attack makes it ok. And overall, Its rather take hits then make hits

Sentret: The best they can do is slam you with thier tail, they are known to be weak. But they are also cute and I am sure a very famour pet

Ledian: While he knows Double-Edge and Bug Buzz which would be dangerous on other mons. His attack power is so weak that he could be allowed

Luvdisc: Knows Hydro pump but it is Luvdisc!

Happiny: It learns some strong moves. But it has up to 10 attack, spooky

Finneon: You would need to keep it in a fish tank. (similar to some others) but it will be allowed

Audino: So... when Happiny is allowed. Its clone is as well, although its 6 times as strong as Audino, Its still very friendly

Alomolola: The unova Luvdisc is also allowed

furfrou: a Pokemon pretty much made to be a pet is actually viable. What a twist! The biggest threat is a bodycheck though

Nickit: has great special attack, but luckily no level up moves to abuse it

Corsola: Another cute and weak pokémon. Corsola has Earth Power but I do not think it can do too much harm

Skitty: Another pokemon that feels like it was made to be a pet. Very weak

I will explain why some did not made it:

Caterpie: A very easy pokémon to raise that give children easy access to Sleeppowder and other powders. Very dangerous. Any pokémon with powder moves will be not on the list

Pidgeot: They can create huricane which are wind force 12 as we all know, and they can fly at Mach 2 . Hooray. even Pidgeot would be ok, but... Mach 2 is very deadly

Growlithe: Honestly, they are very friendly. But any fire type is a no go, fire is very dangerous and while humans are allowed to carry lighter, Growlithe can learn Flare Blitz. Although Arcanine are sure good pokémon for police force, similar to how it is in the anime

Slowpoke: Any pokémon with strong psychic powers is considered strong. And combined with its special attack being as high as Giratina and Mr.Mime.

Magneton or any other Electric type: While the death of humans may be no problem a shock can do a lot to electronic mashines, this is why Electric types are not allowed. Imagine a pacemaker being hit by it

Kanghaskan: This pokémon can be very strong but will only attack if its kid gets attacked. That can be easily abused to have a raging monster

Eevee: While not itself dangerous. Its evolutions can bring danger

Smeargle: Thier ability to learn every move makes them unpredictable and dangerous.

Wingull: Its scald. Did you know how painful burning water is? Well, enough to get thrown of the list!

Nosepass: Its simple, the magnet can cause chaos

Castform: Creating Rain indoors, can cause a lot of trouble and that way you can easily do a lot of harm with one move

Kecleon: Synchronoise allows them to easily do mass pain, just hit then with a partner and then Synchronoise will hurt entire groups of pokemon

So... what do we have on our hands? A meta mainly of normal types, well that was kinda to be expceted. I really want that you discuss with me and tell me weiter you want certain mons to be banned or certain mons should be allowed. I seriously spend a long on time on this...

The Vegtable Valley now has a new look (By @Anqurei ) to call its own. While this does me we have to adjust the maps it does also mean that STARRUNE finally look more unique than hometown trees but green.

And what's that? Some kind of new enemy?

The Jukebox has a new design, and look. The game has a new icon if you look in the upper right!

"With these placeholders this place really does look like MACOUNTRY."

"What's a man country?"

"Continue to hold the place until the replacements arrive, Rudinns!"

"Yes boss..."

Remember the Shadowmen I added in as a "Nod towards the real chapter 3" before chapter 3 and 4 came out but they were shown in a Newsletter?

As you can see, Noelle now has a sprite for the heartshooting act.

Woah! You can walk behind trees now! And what's this? A new OPTION in the MENU? Enjoy talking to your team mates, secret boss items, regular items. All in one handy button!

Made a "photo" for a STARRUNE semi spinoff. (Could be included in this game but it is also a standalone.)

It is Starrune's Sword Route. Just a Visual Novel instead of Zelda.

It is a passion project of mine. Hope you'll like it!

This week's Fan Art Friday celebrates Pokémon! Accept the quest in your quest log to get started.

Starrune 2 (aka the Lost Library will be moved to a chapter 4 adaptation that continues the starrune AU.) will now be part of the game!

The details are still in development, but this is our current idea.
