At the bottom left, his back is shown, he has scars from surgically removing his wings. Again I haven't figured out the specifics so I don't really know why

In terms of relations I'm thinking of him being Marissa's first real friend.

If you didn't know, Marissa was an unapologetic bully when she was in high school, unfortunately (or fortunately) she found out that her friends at the time were fake so she ran away from home and hopped on a bus to its last stop. She didn't get the memo that her friends were fake because it's difficult to be friends with a piece of shit person - so she blamed every single issue she's ever had on them. Then she gets possessed by a ghost who was patient enough to tolerate her nonsense and teach her her wrongs. (She took shelter in an abandoned building lol)

I'm thinking that when she tries to change herself for the better in college, she meets Henry. And he is her first real friend.
