It's "Zooble" and/or also known as "Zooble Rando" from The Amazing Digital Circus!!!!!! Normally though, I don't really deck out these kinds of fan-made-like stuff and everything, but this one I'd really enjoyed!!!!! I must say folks, this is going to be awesome when Zooble appears in almost all of my future parody-like mascot horror games!!!!!
