Link It Up!

Hi everyone! I wasn't posting in a while so I just wanted to let you know that that's it for now regarding Link It Up! and Thank you for following my devlogs!

However, I really like this idea, and I’ve seen that some other people share my opinion, so I’d definitely like to come back to it in the future and explore it even further.

But, for now, I’ll focus my efforts on creating more, cool web games and practice my game dev and game design skills. If you want to follow my journey be sure to follow me on:

Thanks a lot for playing Link It Up!, giving me feedback and reading my devlogs. It’s really helpful and encouraging. :D

If you still haven’t played Link It Up! you can do so here onGameJolt.

From time to time you need to take a look back and see how far you've come. This is our progress in 1 year.

Can't wait to see where this game takes us in the next year.

Happy ScreenshotSaturday everyone!

Here’s one showing Grabar, our swamp monster, in action

People commented before how visual effects were not impactful enough, so we worked a lot on that in the past few weeks, these are the results. What do you think?

Link It Up! now has Optional collectibles. I haven't really figured out what to use them for yet, but I'm thinking of something like a high score or level unlocks.

I made some puzzles for Link It Up! in a last few days. They aren't too hard but they shouldn't be if you ask me. I'm trying to make them relaxing and, in general, enjoyable to play.

There's no need for anyone to get hurt

I tweaked the old tileset a bit and now it looks way better

I added animations for connectors and I made them thicker. Hopefully, they aren't as boring to look at now :D

Oopsie!
