Added a real enemy with AI to combat and fight, dropping randomly some items!!

WIP - Combat Mode
A small improvement: ''NPCs sight attached to their heads and not to their root.''
This will be nice to have when they are patrolling/guarding some position.
Adding some Tooltips for NPCs.
And for some reason, to train troops is completely free... It's time to fix that. And to give to UI a better look.
