I'm realising from this break I'm having that continuous motivation comes from revisiting the things that originally inspired us.

It's kind of a case of me seeing how someone else approached a project, and thinking of ways which I would have done it differently. Then I feel like I REALLY need to make that thing in my own way.

I got this because I've been playing Hypixel Skyblock recently (ugh I hope that doesn't last I can feel myself becoming my chair already) and I keep feeling the urge to make a frkin MMORPG . This is all well and good but I'm never finishing a project if I keep changing my mind.

I started making Undersmash because I was in an Undertale phase and liked the Smash series and watching devlogs on YouTube, but in the past few months I haven't been consuming as much of the same content.

I'm going to start playing more Smash Bros. to get that fighting game spark back, because to be honest I rarely play nowadays. And I'll try to stay up to date with new Undertale content too - I'm yet to get around to the new chapter of TS Underswap.

If you're feeling de-motivated for a project, go back to what got you excited for it in the first place and re-experience it. It may spark your interest again and get the train rolling once more. Obviously, let yourself take breaks though.

Happy scrolling :)

I was mad that they made Alastor's 2nd form so lame, so here is my art of scary alastor, straight from the fairytales, not just with some goofy ahh tentacles

Conveyor belts look way more satisfying than the pipes, they aren't as practical but they are so cool.
