Tainted Ann would work sort of like she has chemical peel, except every other tear is a base stat tear, however those tears will always proc luck-based tear items like Sinus infection (one of my favorites) for example, she also starts with a 4.00 tear rate and it can't be added to unless she gets something that breaks the cap. AND she starts with an always active anemic, sort of like aquarius
