I need to download something that one of my friends sent to me some time ago in the chat, but the chat doesn't want to work for me.

It's stuck on "LOADING YOUR CHATS...". This happens WAY WAY WAY too frequently.

It came with Windows 11, it'll be the first time I'll be using it on a device that I own.

And also, that's an Xbox 360 controller next to it.
