Mr. Gambell Kasino is the wealthy mayor of Kasino City and owner of Kasino Casino on the planet, Vegas. It was passed down through his grandfather and father to him. While he owns a casino, he also like to partake in gambling himself, and is skilled at it.

Kasino while being a popular figure, with his sleaziness and charm, is also despised by others. He knows that people would spend away their money at his resort city, and that same money is used to fund it too. Often he promotes gambling just to get others hooked and make him more money. He tries to hide the fact that homeless people are living in the sewer system and does not care about them at all.

He's really not a good mayor neither, seeing the city as more of a business. The Zao Galaxy Alliance even says Vegas doesn't have an eligible government to join. Mr. Kasino would rather stay away from politics anyways as he finds that sort of thing to be a bore.
