been a minute since i last made some pixel art, what do you guys think, am i a bit rusty?

lil karate guy i made, is he gonna shoot a fire ball? laser beam? idk ill leave it up to you guys to figure that out, am i gonna make an animation for him? maybe... pls let me know what you think of him? btw he might even be a protagnonist...
