First of all, thanks to everyone who showed interest in this project, seeing your messages showing support means a lot to me :)
I didn't want to upload anything until I had the first original song available, that's the reason for the delay in uploading this.
Let's start!
Well the first "big change" was the logo, I never liked it, but I didn't have time or need to design a better one, so I finally was able to change it and I must admit that I liked it much more than the previous one haha.
Here's a comparison:
The next thing is the HUD, it is now simpler and more user friendly, not to mention that I added "gestures" to make the player more comfortable.
(that's a bit complicated to explain, but when playing you will notice how efficient it is)
Now you can only load 3 items, clicking on a slot will deselect that item, or if you press the keys "1" "2" or "3.
And a small gear icon, which by pressing it you access the configuration command.
(Also I remove the temperature bar, it was a bit unneeded )
Now when you pick up items, they will be placed in your hands and on your head, it's a small detail but I find it very cute to see Nora balancing objects on her head haha
I have been working on more objects for the puzzles, one of the latest being the security cameras.
You can move the camera around the room and they also have night vision (something essential for some puzzles).
I also almost finished the tutorial, plus I discovered that... I hate doing tutorials...
Once I finish with the dialogs in Spanish I'll show more segments of the tutorial in English, for the moment I share with you this little screenshot.
And I added more scenarios to make the level look a little more dynamic.
These days have been crazy in terms of development, I never thought to spend so much time sitting in front of my computer haha
Initially I wanted to bring out the first three "chapters" together, but because of time constraints this will not be possible.
Surely at the end of this month (or beginning of next month) I will release a small playable version (only the first level). My beta testers proposed to open a Patreon to finance more composers so that the game has a good music repertoire, I will consider that proposal depending on how well Larissa-CODE does in its first public versions :)
I want to finish this little devlog thanking the composers who have collaborated so far:
-Jake Williams
-GoodPixels
