One of the most important aspects of EFTV will be its story. It will have a mysterious nature, with the player slowly uncovering more information about the history. Here's a brief introduction to the plot:

The game takes place in modern times. We assume the role of a young, strong man. After an unfortunate car accident, our hero ends up in the titular Valley - a place that is not so easy to escape from. The Valley is surrounded on all sides by extremely steep walls, so climbing out is not an option. But believe me, that's the least of the problems. The Valley is shrouded in a mysterious aura, and many local legends have arisen about it, though the only confirmed case is the so-called "expedition of the '50s." Five brave souls took part in it. They believed that great treasures awaited discovery in the Valley, but once they set out, no one ever saw them again. After some time, a rescue team went after them, but, ironically, they also disappeared. Eventually, the military intervened, but they found nothing. The government decided not to investigate the matter further and decreed that anyone who enters does so at their own risk and is not guaranteed any assistance in case of an accident. As a result, the main character is left entirely on his own, but his destiny is to uncover all the secrets of this place, after all, he is the main protagonist, right?
