For now, you can only use consumable items. They can recover your health, increase your Stamina or give you some EXP. I'm going to change Hotbar controls later, but for now, O/P keys (And LB/RB triggers on controllers) navigates through the Hotbar, and E key (And A button on controllers) to use the selected item, but, as I said before, I'm going to change O/P controls later.
