Star Wars the biggest franchise in the entire world no franchise has ever come close to touching the success of the original Three movies and then the prequels were bad and then Disney made the sequels which in turn made the prequels pretty good. And Lego the biggest toy company in the world with with high sales everyday. Now Star Wars and Lego or old Pals fun fact the first black minifigure Lego ever made was for Lando Calrissian the old Lego games are masterpieces and if you played them that means your childhood was engulfed by it even if you weren't a fan of Lego or Star Wars or even both there's no denying that the Lego Star Wars games have a charm all to its own different than any other Lego game. Still on April 5th 2022 the released the most ambitious game of all time Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga this game was used to any other Lego game if you're on Tatooine your character will have sand on them if you're on Hoth snow will be on your character's cape every detail in this game is beautiful they take advantage of the fact that the Lego game. Now I know you didn't read this because you want to know how much of a Lego and Star Wars nerd I was you're here to figure out if it was worth 100% in the game no it's not worth it your time could be spent doing much better stuff for this entire month I've been trying to 100% of this game and that's because I am a completionist I am so much of a completionist that the reason I 100% in the Skywalker Saga was because I was taking a break from 100% Legend of Zelda breath of the Wild that is how much of completionist I am if you're not a you can enjoy this game if you're a Lego fan but I feel like your levels of enjoyment will not be as good if you were a Star Wars fan so if you're not a Star Wars fan do not play this game you will be wasting your time. There's a lot of problems with it one of them being you can't replay missions around the open world you can replay the main missions but you can't replay a mission some random guy gives you off the street another big complaint it's a Lego game why isn't there a character creator also no New Game Plus I would love to start the game over with all the characters and all of my ships and the cheat codes you can buy another thing is DLC characters don't have voice lines I would know I own them all of them hopefully that changes when they add a Mandalorian expansion pack adding missions from the Mandalorian show maybe then we'll finally get voice line for at least a Mandalorian characters. If you go to Yavin 4 to the top of the Great temple there's a golden lever that that requires you to 100% of the entire game to pull it once you 100% the game and go to the lever Han Solo, Leia, Kylo Ren, Ray, Luke Skywalker, Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi will be standing around the lever Once you pull it studs will rain down from the sky and everyone will start to clap now this is cool granted but when I played I felt like a slap in the face I spent all of my in game money to 100% the game and now you're giving me more money when I can't do anything with it I guess this would try hard bastard like me gets. In the end I enjoyed the game I got what I wanted out of it I got Star Wars something that has been in my childhood for years and probably just never stop following me and Lego toys for kids that I'm still buying to this day I will not stop the age raining on those boxes are suggestion I enjoyed the game I had fun I geeked out for all the references and good Star Wars jokes telling a somewhat serious story making it one of the funniest things I could have ever imagined it may not be worth it to an actual official completionist but it was worth it to me and that's what really matters in the end.
