January Devlog - A new track was added to the main page, do give it a listen and let me know if the vibe fits the title!


It's still January right? Yeah definitely.

Progress is steady, though a couple of tricky hiccups regarding the story's implementation popped up. Turns out a story-planning document which plots things out in terms of major events can badly miss out on physically connecting the areas together, who would've guessed. For now, I'll await later playtesting to identify missing story beats to bolster that spot.

I've started work on a heavy branchpoint, which may mean that I'll be working on the same thing for a while to flesh out the different possibilities.

In the meantime, development is likely to slow down compared to the June-December period last year, as schoolwork ramps up in intensity.

That's all I have to say for now, do remember to give the new track a listen, and enjoy a screenshot from the branchpoint:
