He's even bigger than Skyscraper's. The new name has changed "Divine Hatred" into "Obsession Core". He's the one who has Growing 2 more hands, replacing into actual 10 Tentacles or just Octopus, also he has mouth inside on his eye. He finally managed to kill every people in this city. In this mention: Human (Frisk/Chara) finally come on to fight with this Obsession Core. Who ever has actual a monster that you figure out before. So There's about to start's fighting... Or could we?
