man what is it with me drawing cool women with belts xP ah well! character is from Crimson Alive, a freeware fighting game - you can download and play it here: https://www.myabandonware.com/game/crimson-alive-extreme-encounter-gvm . initially i wanted to draw Hikari Yuki from the same game but couldn't get her pose right so Lieyan was chosen instead - perhaps for the better!
