Looking for a FNF character/mod

Around a year ago, I remember seeing a video that was related to a FNF Mod, but I really can't remember the name of it. One thing I do remember from it though was that it had a Rabbit character that reminded me of the Pumpkin Rabbit from the Walten Files. Now it was a OC, and I think he had a big role in the story of the mod. I don't know his name, but I do slightly remember what he looked like (shown in the recreation images), and I do remember he had a chasing song we he chases Boyfriend. I also remember him being in one of the main art for the mod, and that's all I know.

If anyone could help me find this mod (and the character), that would be gladly appreciated.

(Also I need desperate help finding this because I can't post on Reddit and I've been searching for this for half a week now😭)

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)
