I've seen a lot of users on here who have been struggling with their basic necessities, especially eating...Though I understand that it's hard it's really important to take care of your daily needs. Eating is the first step in it all!! (⁠人⁠ ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠)🎀💕💕💕

Three meals a day is the average but I understand being too tired to make something so I'll try and make simple easy recipes for those who are exhausted to prepare something fancy...You guys can help those people too by adding you own safe recipes in comment section!! Also not everyone has the time for three meals a day but at least try to eat at least two and snack in-between!! ｡⁠:ﾟ⁠(⁠;⁠´⁠∩⁠`⁠;⁠)ﾟ⁠:⁠｡💦💦

If you don't eat, you'll get sick and feel very weak. This could cause many issues and hospitalized you (or even cause death)!! Of course I care for every single one of you and I wish I could cook for all of you but I know that isn't possible... (⁠｡⁠•́⁠︿⁠•̀⁠｡⁠)💦💦

So I'll recommend a couple of small little "meals" I would make for myself sometimes!! Of course I recommend you eat something much better but I'll try....I believe in you though!! Eat up because I care and I love you and I know many others do!! 🫂🎀❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Hatsuyuki Recipe - Toasted Banana Syrup Combo

1) — you grab some bread and toast it beautifully!!

2) — after it's toasted, grab some bananas and slice them!!

3) — gently spill some syrup on that banana and toast!!

Would eat with a side of yogurt and some oats mixed in!! Would also make a blend of either chocolate milk or banana milk (blended banana in milk with sugar).
