Happy spring, adventurers!
It's been another fairly slow few months in terms of development (scary how fast a quarter of the year can go), but I'm getting close to finally finishing this troublesome map, so hopefully things will speed up again once it's done.
The main difficulty I'm running into is designing puzzle rooms, and keeping map theming with them consistent. Got a habit of putting too many different ideas into one map, and not exploring individual ones enough.
It usually doesn't matter quite as much in the other maps, as they're more open, designed to be explored freely. But this current one is more of a large, puzzley dungeon.
Anyway, it barely feels worth including this short log of things I've been up to, but I'll do it anyway, to let you know that the project isn't dead!
