Me and my best friend were doing a homework assignment in class in it was biology and we are learning about genetics so our teacher made us “make” a “baby” like this and the drawing is not the best but the description is too accurate to me and her

I got into the characters too much that I made myself the dad (this is part of the assignment)and my friend (her name is Genesis) the mom. And I drew myself as a little funny character but a man with my hair but a bit shorter and a mustache. She looks more like an adult and more cartoony. I want to make the kids have a separate life from my ocs and the dad me and mom Genesis. Should I make them into real characters or no? And if yes, I need a name what name could I give them?
