The head tentacles are really short, but Pip really wants to appear masculine, that's why he wears those fake head tentacles in the first place. He also gets bullied for having zero arms (he's two legged for limbs). The other picture represents his younger self being bullied and outcasted by 4 dynos. One being his older brother on the top right having both arms, who is an abusive dyno who would bully his brother just to get special treatment. (Reference is coming later).
