In the Altered Present, AftonCorp dominates almost all forms of entertainment, their power increasing little by little every single day. But behind the facade they wear of noble people who simply want to entertain everyone around the world, they bear an oath to keep the true intentions of CEO William Afton a secret. In his journey to seek immortality, William has created a series of animatronics made to kidnap and/or kill those who defy him. Using the Illusion Amplifier on their waists to activate Illusion Discs that give them the appearance of monsters, these animatronics are known as "Mimic Series 1"
