More Pelley! I created this piece specifically to participate in the AOTU World art contest (specifically the Chibi category).
I had to rush a bit at the end because I had no more time to work on it, but I'm alright with what I was able to create :3

Originally, I was going to make it a blue forest, but tried a warm yellow glow just to see what would happen, and fell in love with it, sooo... Maybe a blue forest will happen another time.
