NEW DEVLOG!!! READ THE ARTICLE BELOW FOR NEW INFO AND ENJOY THIS VIDEO OF JILL AND JACK FIGHTING!!!


Changes: Jack has pants.

Head collision fixes; It's always accurate and damage is always done when the heads are stomped!

Death screams; I thought it'd be a good idea if you had a VERY clear indication that someone died.

Spawn location fixes: If you kill the CPU on one side of the map, it'll spawn on the opposite side to avoid spawnkilling.

Jack's improved supermove: The previous one was just him flailing about and not doing anything. Now every 60 seconds (or every time he gets hit), he can scream at you and if you get to close he instantly kills you! It's not unfair as long as you know your enemy well enough.

James AI improvements: He acts like a boxer, as he charges forward and steps back to make a better shot for your head. Definitely takes some skill with him, especially with Jill or Jack. Devlog for this will come later.

Next up

Hey there! As promised, here's a gameplay video of the most recent update to show off some of the CPU capabilities and bug fixes. Available on both GameJolt and Steam! Enjoy. :)

Working on Persephone still! Most of my time has been dedicated to learning more about Godot's 3D aspect, improving what's already there and adding things to the game as well. Here's some sneek peek screenshots! More to come and stay tuned.

I am still working on the game and it's undergoing a ton of changes, like lighting, mechanics, etc. I did decide to keep using Godot 3.5 because the project as it stands is much more stable. Video and a new version will be uploaded soon!
