in all seriousness, I don't really have an opinion on this. I just hope it isn't abused and puts eyes on the wrong kinds of people. If you work hard on games or art and you get little attention then that's what this is for, no one else.
Make good stuff worthy of being recognized before you buy recognition. And especially don't pay for attention if you already have a big following, at that point it's just like oops your ego is showing.
