Here are the stats:

-30% less base heal rate.

-5% less base ammo and metal giving rate.

+gives a 5% resistance to all damage except melee to all heal targets.

+Has it's own Ubercharge that takes 25 seconds to become active. In order for this Uber to be activated, the Engineer must use their alternate fire button while looking at the Dispenser (this will override any other right-click function if Uber is ready).

+Ubercharge will make all the people currently being healed by the Dispenser will gain a 15% damage resistance to all damage except for melee.

+Level 2 increases the base resistance to 7% and the Uber resistance to 17%

+Level 3 increases the base resistance to 10% and the Uber resistance to 20%

-40% less health.

Description:

Both being scientists, one mad and the other at least a little sane, the Medic and Engineer teamed up to create the perfect invention. After weeks of studying and thinking of new ideas, they just said f**k it and hastily combined the Dispenser and the Vaccinator together in about an hour.
