Pizza Tower's whole story is about a small independent restaurant trying to overcome a big franchise restaurant that's trying to destroy it to get rid of potential competition
But you probably already know that, the actual headcanon is:
Pizzaboy is said restaurant's old mascot, Pizzaface is just what the restaurant's mascot became to be more marketable; a giant pizza with a face
Think of it kinda like how Ronald McDonald was replaced by those... just... godawful Happy Meal boxes with faces that are pretty much just Minions 2
