Quick update!

TL;DR Unity class is good, and considering trying a game framework or Godot.

I’m still using Unity for my classes (obviously), and it’s been fun. Even if I like Unity, I do want to try something different like a game framework. I’m considering something like Monogame, FNA, or even SDL2 (if I’m willing to learn to C++). I got the idea of learning a framework from this article: https://gamefromscratch.com/the-best-game-development-frameworks/

If I do learn another game engine it’ll probably Godot since that engine does look really promising.

I’ll probably make the decision in a week from now, but no promises. Thanks for the support everyone, and I’m open to suggestions as always.
