Quick update!


So my tool I've been working on for mapping the collision data for the AI is good enough to use! That means I can get the collision map for each stage now and put it in the game. I also made the function to load in that array and it's working nicely now I just need to move on to adding the actual collision detection for the object itself. After that I just need to fix/rewrite the path follower so I can set the speed and add the ability to make the AI stop at a certain distance. I should be done with the AI enough to start building the enemy spawner after that so I'm really excited to get this done.

About V0.6:

The way things are looking I will hopefully be done with the new version before next year or the first half of next year! When the update comes out I'll be taking feedback while I'm working on the next update. I also have a pc version releasing too thanks to nw.js which will have a few quality of life changes like true fullscreen that is only possible by using nw.js.

Closing Statement:

I can't wait to have people play the new version! Every time I finish something on my list I get so excited because I've learned a lot over the years and this game is my peak creation. I'm super proud of the work I've been doing over the last couple of months to turn this game around and fix issues people were having with the game. Anyway I'm going to try and finish the AI and start on the enemy spawner this week so hopefully it won't be to long until the next dev. log.
