Remade my old Mario.exe, Lost Lives.Rom

They were basically pervious lives of Mario's that are reanimated by the 1up mushrooms to attack the currently alive Mario. There are different varieties depending on Mario's death shown above

The 1up infection was a later addition to the updated design but the idea was still the same
