Replaced the reset button with a full - blown options menu!

  • A proper difficulty toggle (originally, you would have to lose a battle before being offered the option to activate easy mode)

  • The low - detail mode from DON'TUPSETHER (should make the game lighter on phones and slow devices)

  • Of course, the reset option is still available

PE Sketchbook #1:

This is the earliest concept art I found for PE's battle engine. It worked similarly to the original THSMC engine, besides the fact that battles had two enemies and that all battle participants were always in view.

Update: All THSMC games are now playable without downloading! (finally)

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.

PE Sketchbook #4:

I still like to storyboard things before putting them into an actual game. This is an unfinished storyboard for a cutscene!

This weekend, we're looking at a teaser demo release containing the remade RtR, as well as a title reveal and some additional details! Another post will be made when that happens!
