If you can't tell who this is for some reason, this is Mr. Hippo, and he was supposed to be an unlockable character in the Custom Night. He would've worked the same as UCN by tracking him on the vent cams and closing them when he's nearby. He was scrapped because he didn't really fit with the other characters. I don't know if I'm going to bring him back for future projects.

I can now confirm that the new version of Five Nights at Freddy's REC will release sometime in August (hopefully on FNaF's 11th Anniversary)
