It's out, after many years of it not being out!
It's been quite a journey and there's plenty more to do yet, but the fully playable early access version (which is already on the third update) is here:

There's a little way to go yet, but it's mainly cosmetic. Slaughter Horse 2 is now basically a functioning game.
