Hey guys! Just wanted to give a quick update on Northwatch.
Progress Update
I'm currently starting to overhaul all of the game's environments to give the game an overall more rustic feel, and I'm doing this for 2 reasons: One being I just want the game to feel more cozy and winter-like, and the second being that the blend file for the game's map had an ungodly V-RAM usage and I needed to fix it. Also, the game may or may not transition from being pre-rendered to completely 3D. This wouldn't be for nothing, as there are actual benefits to it, such as animations/sequences being easier to work with, not needing to render everything before it being in game, etc.
I've also gotten a TON of progress on the programming for the game; it's practically done, all I really need to do is the other few rooms in the games, some animation, and a lot of rendering (if the game stays pre-rendered).
Claustrophobic Nights
I'm going to be getting back to my VR game, Claustrophobic Nights until release (October 20th), so there won't be too many updates on Northwatch for the next two months or so. However, there will most likely be a game page and trailer for Northwatch in early November.
That's all for now. Really excited to release this game in December, stay tuned!
