So, I thought of telling you how I made my very first game.

And how my journey to be a game developer began. It was really crazy for me because it all started in my 7th year! 7 years old me? How? Read it to know it.

I started learning coding when I was (not joking) 7 years old, wanted to study about Arduino. And that's when I learned my very 1st programming language: C. Even though I didn't understood many concepts, I understood some 'basics'. And then, 1 year passed. My X-Box 360 got damaged. Till then, I was addicted with books. And cartoons. I was so interested in video games like Angry Birds, Monster Legends, Subway Surfers, etc. Still, I miss my X-Box games, like Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Kinetic Adventure, Sports, Star-Wars demo, Forza Horizon, etc. I was really interested in 3D games. But I thought I got to be really easy stuffs if learning to make games like 2D. That's when I got an idea! How about 'Make a game in Arduino'? So, I started researching 2 days when I found that Arduino can be used to make a Video Game Gadget! That's where I met ArduBoy. And then, I decided to make games in ArduBoy. But here's the problem: I don't either have an Arduino nor a PC. So, I gave up.

Then I was interested in Fortnite. I was like 'I also wanted to make a game like fortnite!' So, I googled and found about Unreal Engine 4. Then I also found about the 'game engine'. I googled 'Which is the best Game Engine'? The answer? Of course, UE4! Not even that, it was the time of Among Us, a game I loved! And I was up-to date on everything. That's when I found this guy called Fat-Dino. He made Among Us 3D RTX in, non other than, UE4. So, I decided to learn it. But still, I didn't had the PC for it. So, I got my PC then: a Windows 7 from Mom's old institution. I asked them to install UE4. But Mom get her tracks linked on me: She said 'Once you complete these chores, you will get it. And My Chores are like, Organize my bookshelf (I had thousands of BOOKS!!!), Complete my Assignments (Then I'll forget about this for today), etc.. And finally, I thought 'Maybe I should learn and then I could sneak and install UE4'. Guess what? I realized that making 3D games were complex. Even it has Visual Scripting!. So, as usual, give up. I still now also like to install UE4. By the way, I got interest in 2D games. So, I thought of learn something other than UE4. That's when I found scrach.org randomly. When I saw many Game Dev Video about scratch, I was amazed that I learned almost 3/4 about scratch! So, I decided to still work on scratch, but didn't. I thought I'll try it later. Then I googled 'Which game engine was used to make Among Us?' It was Unity. I thought Unity sucks because people made non interesting games in it. And I didn't knew many cool games used Unity because, they don't say 'Made with Unity!' So, I skipped it. Now, few months ago, I found out Game Maker Studio. So, I thought of try it. That's when I got my own laptop. So, I installed game maker free version and started learning. Then I quit; why? WELL, BECAUSE I CAN'T IMPORT MULTIPLE FRAMES AS A SPRITE!!! AND IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! So, I skipped it. Then I thought, 'What was my plan B? What game engine I know?' Then I remembered...

!!! SCRATCH.ORG !!!

And I finally set up my items and I was ready to go. Things went really good. I even made my first non-published game: Escape from the lava: Which was a top down obby game. It was really cool to me! And then, I participated on my first jam: No Code Jam #2. It was really cool. I made a game (more like story) called 'Minute ticks one (only 1)' in the theme: 1 minute. I was so happy. Then I realized that Unity had a No code like coding language called Bolt. Then, I got back to Unity! Now, I realized that Unity wasn't tough at all.

Finally, what's my stat?

A game developer who is learning Unity, willing to make awesome games! I think that's me and my Game Dev Adventure. What did you felt?
