So you know how there was some scarlet/violet events that let you obtain Greninja and Cinderace, right?

I think it's showing you which starters you can get in the DLC. We just need to wait and see which Grass starter you get.

They did say Froakie and Scorbunny would be obtainable later on, after all.

In sword/shield, it was bulbasaur or squirtle, so maybe it could just be Froakie or Scorbunny.
