[Here's the recipe]
Ingredients:
2 boxes mac and cheese
2 packs of hot dogs
1 12-16 oz. Bag of frozen peas
Bag of shredded cheese
Ketchup
Yellow mustard
Garlic powder
Onion powder
You can substitute any of these and the seasonings aren't really necessary for it and you can season it as you like.
It doesn't really matter the material of the pan. I've made it in an aluminum cheap throw away pan before. You can always spray the pan with cooking spray first too.
Directions
Preheat the oven to about 375
1) Prepare the mac and cheese like the box says [ if you use two boxes like I do here make sure you double what the box says, for example: the box I used called for 1/4 of butter and 1/4 cup of milk. So because I used two boxes I doubled it and put on 1/2 of butter [a stick] and 1/2 cup of milk]
2) Eye ball mixing in some garlic powder, onion powder, about 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard and maybe 2 tablespoons ketchup [Or whatever seasonings you like this is how I season it]
3) Stir that up and then layer mac and cheese, peas (still frozen) and cut up hot dogs. I top it with shredded cheese, a smaller bag. Not the family size
4) I cover it with foil and bake about 25 minutes at 375. Then I take off the foil and put it under the broiler until the cheese looks good!
5) let it cool and make yourself a bowl [I put it in a bowl because it works better] [once I make a bowl of it I add more ketchup and some red tobasco sauce] now you're done and enjoy!
Let me know if you have any questions or if you made it yourself!
