We made our monster to have one and only weakness: light.
Every time the player would point the flashlight on the monster, the monster would "dissolve". We achieved this with a shader and a lot of patience.

Roaming Monster: It patrols the common areas (kitchen & corridor). If you enter its territory without crouching, you will be hunted! It will stop chasing you and move to your last known position, if you crouch or exit its territory.
