In this update we have finally slowed down the spawning and stopped increasing the speed of the aliens when it there was 30 at one time. Other fixes include guns being more effective and coins adding to the score as well and kills.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
