Most people go back in time using the game title "Undertale: Don't Forget". This title is no longer relevant as the story mode is split into two arcs, one UNDERTALE-based, and the other one is DELTARUNE-based. Meanwhile, the multiplayer mode adapts locations of both UNDERTALE and DELTARUNE. This is why the project was renamed to DONTFORGET.

One time Ricky has confirmed Harlow's age to be roughly 14-16 years old, and the current game page clearly says that DF takes place 10 years after UNDERTALE.
