Sprint 1 Summary

Sprint 1 is now complete.
Due to the nature of it most of the final testing has been done internally. This will be different in sprint 2, since there will be levels, I will probably release a build that can be tested. Before I get to sprint 2, I will first quickly sum up sprint 1. While I have managed to finish all of the features I have set out to develop, I did have to make compromises like using default character controller. I had also finished it a week late, meaning that I am now a week into sprint 2 without even starting it. Therefor there are some schedule adjustments that I will make. I will shorten the development time for sprint 2 from two weeks to one and a half weeks. I will also shorten feedback and review to only few days, hopefully by incorporating tests into development, by releasing regular test builds, I will be able to make up for that.

A more detailed plan with all of the feature to be developed will be released later, when it is complete.

First character is finished (well, modelling is) Texturing will be done when other characters are ready. The model is far from perfect, but it will do for now.

Menu Changes and Death mechanic Just a quick update on the menu changes. I have added a restart option to the pause menu The same function will be used to restart the level when a player hits “Death spikes”.

Base for 3rd character The last of three characters is complete… well the base model is.

Base for 2 characters (need to be finished) The base models for small and medium characters are done (see below) I had to remake the legs for the character since they looked way too small. The new ones look better:

Mio-Da!

Ibuki Mioda!

not the greatest house, but it's a house! :D

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)
